claudestats messages, effort and more
a MESSAGES tab next to TOKENS and OUTPUT counts the prompts you typed and orders every board by them, with messages per week, a year of messages, message streaks and records, and what one message sets off (replies, tokens, output, tool calls); your page gains the effort you use most and your effort mix by week, subagent share and a 6-hour profile; crew boards gain each member's top effort, subagent share, replies per message and 6-hour profile. Needs CLI 0.7.0 (it updates itself), which counts these from every log Claude Code still keeps; days sent earlier show as not counted.
Claude Code counted by default
a linked computer now counts your Claude Code usage too, numbers only, from CLI 0.6.0 (it updates itself); turn it off for every computer on the settings page, or on one with gitstats claude off. The logo menu shows each side in its own colour.
claudestats goes green
the side's colour is now a deep green, as deep as gitstats red; crew and global boards list every member, with zeros for anyone who has not turned Claude Code counting on; on your page the weekly tokens and the year of replies share one row, as on gitstats.
More claudestats
your page gains intensity (cache reuse, context per output token, tokens per session and per active day, roughly how many novels of text), weekly model bands and heaviest-day records; crew boards gain crew share, the crew's model mix, how each member works and git lines per million output tokens for members on both sides. Links on claudestats pages now stay on claudestats.

the other side of the site, behind the logo menu: your Claude Code tokens, output, sessions and streak on the same crews and boards, counted on your own computer from Claude Code's logs, numbers only, off until you run gitstats claude on. Navigation no longer dies mid-load
error boundaries on every dashboard route and a retry when a sleeping database refuses the first connection.

the leaderboard stacks added and deleted lines into one DIFF column, the race span follows the selected window, and the window and metric now carry across pages.

The CLI updates itself
sync checks once a day for a newer version, and your linked machines show which version they run.
Pending work, avatars and the npm command
unmerged branch work counts only from pushed branches, a missing avatar no longer breaks a board, and setup uses the published package.
Health endpoint and failure alerts
/api/health reports the last snapshot, and two failed runs in a row send one alert.
Sync warnings on the board
an amber line when a token stopped working or a linked machine has been quiet for three days.
Rate limiting
the CLI endpoints carry a small token bucket so a runaway loop cannot hammer them.
Unmerged branch work
